Our Story – 

Kwench Shave Ice and Soda Bar is owned by Craig and Annie Young.  Having lived in the Southlands area for more then 20 years, they, like so many others, have longed for more locally owned, family oriented places they could take their five children to when they were out shopping or for a quick drink, dessert or snack.    

Their family favorite has always been shaved ice.  Having had authentic Hawaiian Shave Ice, they knew there was no comparison to the snow cones currently available in the area, they decided this was one of the items they want to bring to the community.   Additionally, after traveling through the western states Craig, Annie and their children quickly fell in love with the modern take on the traditional soda shop that has taken so many states by storm in recent years and knew it would also be a great addition their business.    

Being a Veteran owned small business it is our hope to provide our friends, family and neighbors an unique but authentic experience that the whole family can enjoy.  We hope to see you soon!
